What you’ll do
Our 6–12- Months Manager Trainee program is designed to challenge recent graduates to learn and prosper in the horticulture field, while being mentored by the best minds in the industry. We service Commercial Retail, Hospitality and Educational Institutions. Level Green also provides maintenance services for Residential Homeowners Associations and large Communities.
6–12- Months paid Manager Trainee program.
We offer a customized program tailored to you and discovering your passion within the Landscape industry.
Job Shadowing with our Branch Manager, Account Manager, and operations Manager.
Management Training is provided throughout the course of the program such as conflict resolution, team building, professional development, leadership, goal setting and management skills.
You will be assigned a dedicated mentor who will manage the schedule, provide feedback, and provide guidance during the Trainee program.
Hands on experience and exposure to the landscape industry
The company will aid in locating appropriate and affordable housing in the area if applicable.
Eligibility for full-time opportunities.
Ability to build a network while interacting with other manager trainees, team members and create new professional relationships.

∙ Leadership Skills: Ability to Engage and Motivate Others.
∙ Associate's or bachelor’s degree in Arboriculture, Forestry, Horticulture, Plant Science, Landscape Design, or a related field
∙ Interest in working outdoors performing manual labor in all weather conditions.
∙ A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to participate within a multi-disciplinary team.
