# Manager Associate Program

Would you like to prepare for a rewarding future managing teams in the landscaping industry? This program will prepare you to be a great leader.

[Apply Below](https://levelgreenlandscaping.com/manager-associate-program#contact-form)

#### Inside The Program

This position would involve learning how to do:

**Landscape Management**

**Enhancements**

**and Snow Removal**

As a team member, you'll support our Level Green crews and gradually develop leadership skills by eventually running your own crew.

Additionally, you will spend time with our Sales Staff, gaining hands-on experience in conducting takeoffs and preparing proposals for both Landscape Management and Enhancements. We are looking for candidates who have, or are working towards, a four-year degree—not necessarily in the horticultural field—and who have a clean driving record.

We offer a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package, including vacation, paid time off, uniforms, and a 401(k) plan.
