Inside The Program

This position would involve learning how to do:
 
Landscape Management
Enhancements
and Snow Removal
 
As a team member, you'll support our Level Green crews and gradually develop leadership skills by eventually running your own crew.

Additionally, you will spend time with our Sales Staff, gaining hands-on experience in conducting takeoffs and preparing proposals for both Landscape Management and Enhancements. We are looking for candidates who have, or are working towards, a four-year degree—not necessarily in the horticultural field—and who have a clean driving record.
