What you’ll do
Our 8–10 weeks College Student internship program is designed to challenge active college students to learn and prosper in the horticulture field, while being mentored by the best minds in the industry. We service Commercial Retail, Hospitality and Educational Institutions. Level Green also provides maintenance services for Residential Homeowners Associations and large Communities.

THE POSITION
The Summer Internship Program at Level Green is a structured, rotational experience designed to provide college students with an inside look at every role within the branch operational team. We offer a customized program tailored to you and discovering your passion within the Landscape industry.
Our Internship program covers a wide range of specialties, that include, but are not limited to:
∙ Job Shadowing with our Branch Manager, Account Manager and Operation Manager
∙ Landscape Installation
∙ Landscape Management
∙ Hands-on experience and exposure to the landscape industry
∙ Hardscape Installation
∙ Irrigation and Water Management
∙ Sales and Estimating
∙ Ability to build a network while interacting with other college interns, team members and create new professional relationships.

Mentor Program - You will have one of our managers assigned to assist you with the learning process.

Qualifications
∙ Pursuing a bachelors or associates degree in any areas of Horticulture such as the following: Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Science, Construction Management, Agriculture-Business, Landscape Design or Plant Science
