As a Maintenance Operations Manager you are responsible for ensuring job quality and appearance standards that meet client and company expectations; understands client needs and ongoing communication with clients and teammates. Manages all activities involving landscape maintenance services (e.g., coordinating all materials, people, equipment, and subcontractors) required to produce a quality job; inspects properties, prepares specific action plan for crews; monitors irrigation systems, monitors plant and turf grass vigor and identifies insect or disease problems; works with crews as needed to meet work and scheduling demands. provides hands-on training and support of crew personnel in areas such as proper equipment operation, pruning techniques, and quality standards; prepares crews’ daily schedules, providing direction and goals to be accomplished while emphasizing job quality and operational efficiency.
