Commercial Landscape Estimator

We are looking to hire an experienced estimator to prepare commercial landscape and hardscape estimates and proposals. Must be proficient with take-off software and Microsoft Office, experienced with purchasing materials and have extensive field experience. Computer efficiency (Microsoft Office and Bluebeam experience a plus)

Perform Detailed Quantity take-offs from plans including hardscapes and landscapes
Review drawings, reports and perform site investigations, if necessary
Prepare detailed Landscape construction estimates to compare to Contractor bids
Verify pricing on materials, labor, and equipment
Provide value engineering solutions
Develop and maintain cordial relationships with customer accounts.
Maintain an ongoing bid calendar, including tracking for addenda and updates, to ensure accurate estimating and to keep management aware of bid schedules and upcoming work
Maintain CRM entries

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 Years of Landscape Construction field experience
Review and understand plans/specifications
Perform detailed plan take-offs
Proficient with using Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook
Must be able to multitask and handle working on multiple projects at one time
Must be self-motivated, have a good work ethic, and be able to communicate clearly.
Sales experience a plus

Branch Manager

As a Branch Manager, you will apply your skills and experience in the Green Industry and be responsible for a $4-6 million branch based landscape maintenance business. Oversee all branch operations to ensure safety, production efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources. Responsibilities include full profit and loss, maintaining and developing strong customer relationships, account retention, staff development, training, and safety.

Operations Manager

Operations Manager schedule and direct personnel and resources toward providing quality, cost effective service to clients. Operations Managers support the Branch Manager in estimating, budgeting, and client relations. The Operations manager will be responsible for client services, employee development, and safety. They will also have administrative and financial responsibilities. They will work directly with Account Managers to make sure client’s needs are being met.

Account Manager

Account managers are responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial landscape maintenance accounts. Candidates should be well organized and possess good communication skills.

Landscape Designer

Develop landscape design plans for existing and new customers of HOA, apartments, commercial retail and office buildings. Collaborate with account managers from site evaluation to presentation. Your main focus will be on entrances, highly visible areas, seasonal rotations and property master plans.

Work includes completing designs, generating estimates, and handling administrative tasks for all jobs. The ability to manage multiple projects and activities is crucial to succeed in this position. Candidate must also have experience in presenting designs and selling landscape projects to prospective clients.

Job Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree, Landscape Construction/Design or related degree required; Demonstrated experience with CAD based software, Photoshop and Adobe required; Successful candidate must be creative, outgoing and have excellent verbal and graphic presentation abilities.

Field Supervisor

Level Green is looking for Landscape Management Supervisors for our Montgomery and Prince George's County locations. We are looking for people with landscape experience and that we can train for the long term. Green industry experience with either a college degree or training would be beneficial. The ability to communicate in English is essential and in Spanish, a plus. Must have a valid driver’s license for a minimum of 3 years and good driving record is necessary. This is a working foreman position; you will be working alongside the crew you supervise.

Crew Driver

Reporting to the field supervisor, crew drivers essentially become second in command in the field. Drivers are responsible for the safe operation of trucks and equipment when necessary. Drivers are also laborers on crews, performing tasks such as mowing, trimming, and blowing. Excellent communication skills are essential and the ability to communicate in Spanish is a plus. Green industry experience with CLT would be useful. Good driving record is required.

Spray Technicion

Spray Technicians are responsible for maintaining herbicide, pesticide, and fertilization applications to commercial landscape properties, with a strict adherence to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Prior experience, a certified applicator license, and a valid drivers license with a clean MVR are required.

Management Trainee

The Management Trainee position involves learning how to do landscape management, enhancement, and snow removal — working outside on crews and eventually learning leadership skills by running a crew.

In addition, you will spend time with our sales staff, interacting directly and learning how to do takeoffs and proposals for both landscape management and enhancements.
